Angelina's Dutch Corner sits inside River Market on the New Westminster quay, under a glass roof with the Fraser sliding past outside and working tugs pulling log booms up the channel. It has been family-run since 2002, and Eric Missouri, who bought it in 2013 and calls himself honorary Dutch, has kept every bit of the original character. The pannekoek is the point: a Dutch pancake the size of the plate, loaded with potatoes, bratwurst and eggs. Thirteen benedicts back it up. Doors open at 7am, seven days.
