These terms explain the rules for using DateSpark. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use DateSpark. Questions can go to hello@datespark.ca.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use DateSpark. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, tell us right away at hello@datespark.ca.

DateSpark is for your personal, non-commercial use. When you use the app, you agree not to do the following:

We verify venue details hard, but hours, prices, and availability change. Please confirm with the venue before you go. Date ideas and plans are suggestions, not guarantees.

5. Third-party links and bookings

Booking or buying tickets through our links, for example Get Tickets or OpenTable, happens on the third party's own site under their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services or for what happens on them.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DateSpark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from any date, venue, or third party.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service and these terms over time. Material changes are announced on the site. If you keep using DateSpark after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
