That's about 9 km of coast showing off: Coal Harbour yachts, Siwash Rock, the underside of the Lions Gate Bridge, then English Bay. Regular bikes rent from around $9 an hour, and getting lost is structurally impossible.
Pick up two bikes from the Denman shops (regulars from about $9/hr) and point them at the seawall, it's a flat, traffic-free, one-way loop counter-clockwise, so you can't get lost. Roll the ~9 km past Coal Harbour, the totems, Siwash Rock and under the Lions Gate, flopping at Third Beach if the legs ask; budget a leisurely 1.5 to 2 hours. A dry, breezy day is peak, and English Bay opens up right in time for a drink.
