Nicli earned Vancouver's first Verace Pizza Napoletana certification back in 2011, and this Edgemont Village room is the only place on the North Shore holding one. The oven sits between 430 and 480C, so a margherita goes in and comes out in roughly ninety seconds wearing the leopard-spotted char the certification is actually about. The room is bright marble and pale wood with a full bar and a patio, and the village is right outside the door, which makes it an easy stop to hang a whole afternoon or a whole plan around.
