Dageraad is Dutch for dawn, either poetic for a brewery or a pointed comment on when you'll leave. This cult Belgian operation hides in a Burnaby business park on Thunderbird Crescent, so nobody arrives by accident. While the city drinks the same hazy IPA, you two work through medal-winning barrel-aged sours and golden tripels on a heated covered patio. Worth the trip.
