More info

The date

Bacchus Bistro is the restaurant at Domaine de Chaberton, the oldest estate winery in the Fraser Valley, and it looks out over 55 acres of vines. The cooking is unfussy French bistro built on local ingredients: Fraser Valley duck leg confit, steamed east coast mussels, beef bourguignon, and a table d'hote that follows whatever the season is doing. The wine is Chaberton's own, poured a few metres from where it grew. The Vancouver Sun once called the patio one of the region's best al fresco rooms and it still earns that.
