Foodie Experiences
A South Langley farm cidery with apples literally out back, bone-dry and elderflower flights, brick-oven pizza, and a grassy field built for lingering.
Fraser Valley Cider Company is a genuine farm cidery, and not in the marketing sense: the apples are out back, the tasting patio is out front, and there's a grassy field where you can sprawl with a flight while the open sky does its thing overhead. The cider lineup goes well past the sweet supermarket stuff: bone-dry, elderflower, ginger, and more, poured by a crew that knows the product and seems genuinely pleased you asked. Order a flight, add the charcuterie, possibly a brick-oven pizza, and settle in. On the right night there is live music, and even without it the setting carries the afternoon on its own. It's a low-key, unpretentious date that feels like a small escape from the city, and it costs next to nothing to linger. Find a spot on the grass and let the cider do the rest.
