There is no faster way to discover whether you actually like someone than putting them in a two-person pedal boat and pointing it at the middle of a lake. Deer Lake Boat Rentals has been conducting exactly this experiment since 1972, with canoes, kayaks, rowboats and pedal boats from about $22 an hour.
