The patio sits a step above the Marine Drive sidewalk and is hedged in flowers, which is just enough elevation to make watching Dundarave go by feel like a private box. The wine list is short and opinionated, the cocktails are made properly rather than quickly, and if a glass quietly becomes supper the pasta is genuinely good. It is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and the patio is the whole draw from spring through fall, so book it rather than chance it.
Ask for the patio when you book, because from spring through fall it is the entire reason to choose this room over any other on Marine Drive. Order by the glass and let the server steer, the list is short enough that they know it properly. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. The Dundarave pier is two blocks downhill if you want to walk the wine off.
