Bar Gobo is 25 seats and a set of opinions: about wine, about snacks, and extremely about sound. The all-vinyl rig is vintage and modern hi-fi equipment operated live by the resident record nerd, and on any given Tuesday this transforms the warm-wood, low-lit room into something with the emotional stakes of a proper event. The kitchen produces snacks that punch well above their size. The wine is thoughtful and poured with intention.
