The lounge is all plush armchairs, original art, and warm lamplight, with live piano running Wednesday through Saturday, turning the whole room into exactly the kind of scene nobody films for Instagram and everybody wants. No reservations in the lounge, which just means show up early, claim the good seats by the piano, order a classic cocktail, and order a few refined bites while you're at it. The Wedgewood has been quietly running this particular operation for decades, and Michelin agrees it's doing fine. It rewards the unhurried. Wear the good shirt, arrive before the pianist starts, and give yourself permission to just sit there and feel like the main characters.
