Chez Christophe is what happens when a Cacao Barry ambassador refuses to open another mediocre patisserie, a block off Johnston Road. Chef Christophe Bonzon hand-makes everything on site: properly flaky croissants, chocolate sculptures you'll feel guilty eating, and macarons that have sparked a genuine local crisis over pistachio versus blueberry. You'll need to pick a side, and it will say something about your character. White Rock got lucky.
