Top of Vancouver sits 553 feet up Harbour Centre in a dining room that completes one full spin every 60 minutes, so between bread and bill you get the harbour, Stanley Park, and the North Shore mountains. Checking the view over your date's shoulder isn't rude here, because in twenty minutes it's a different view. Dress business casual.
Ride up to the 60th floor (no Lookout ticket needed, the restaurant elevator is free) and give the room an hour and forty five so you get at least one full rotation with the lights coming on. The $10 per person window guarantee is the best ten dollars on the menu; spend it. Mains run steak, lobster and a genuinely good sea bass, and dinner expects one entree per person minimum, so this is not a share-one-appetizer operation. Business casual, and they check.
