Foodie Experiences
Downtown Maple Ridge's small-town bistro with an urban streak, open at 8am for corned beef hash, poached eggs and a decent flat white.
More infoBig Feast has been on 227 Street since 2010, describing itself as a small town bistro with a trendy, urban atmosphere, and for once the self-description holds up. Breakfast and lunch only, seven days, doors at 8. The kitchen is known for its hashes, its poached eggs and a breakfast sandwich people order without reading the rest of the menu, and there is a retail shelf of small-batch granola, spiced pecans and frozen things made in the same room. It sits a block off the 224 Street core, so Memorial Peace Park, the ACT and the antique shops are all a short walk once the plates are gone.
