A big ridge loop above Buntzen Lake named for its ten views over Indian Arm, reserved for people who mean it.
'Diez Vistas' translates from the Spanish as 'ten views,' and the trail has the decency to deliver all of them. This is the burly ridge loop high above Buntzen Lake in Anmore: you cross the floating bridge, grind up switchbacks through cool old forest, and eventually pop out on a string of bluffs staring straight down Indian Arm at the North Shore mountains. Roughly 15 km and five-ish hours of effort, recommended for fit and experienced hikers who mean it when they say 'let's go for a walk.' Pack water and snacks. The view from the bluffs is the kind that makes two people go quiet at exactly the same time, which is either romantic or exhaustion, possibly both. In 2026, between mid-May and early September, a free BC Hydro parking reservation booked the day before is required. The gate opens at 8 a.m.
