Park at the Quarry Road lot and take the roughly 6.5 km loop out to High Knoll, quiet forest and old farm dikes, then a brief rocky push onto a bald summit over the Pitt-Addington Marsh, with Mount Baker glowing on a clear day. It's rated easy; budget a couple of unhurried hours. This is bear country, so make noise and keep dogs on-leash. Save the knoll for a snack, then coast back toward Coquitlam.
