More infoMarina Bay sits out on the boardwalk at West Bay Marina, where the float homes are painted like a box of sweets and the water carries the whole downtown skyline across to you. Maria and Salah Tanjaoui, who are both deaf, opened it in 2025 and run it ASL first, which is a genuinely lovely thing to be inside for an hour: you point at the menu, the coffee is excellent and nobody is rushing. Waffles, scones, smoked salmon on sourdough toast, and a bigger spread on Sundays with proper eggs benedict.
