Seahorses is a small family-run room on the Brentwood Bay docks, right where the Mill Bay ferry pulls in, and its patio is built out over the water. Fish and chips, ribs, tapas plates, a chowder locals defend, and daily specials that follow whatever came in. It runs 10:30 to 3 midweek and stays open until 8pm Friday and Saturday, which makes it the only proper sit-down supper on this stretch of Saanich Inlet. They rent kayaks off the same dock, so leaving is optional.
