Foodie Experiences
An 1889 heritage house in James Bay where the cooking is vegetable forward, the light is good and nothing is in a hurry.
More infoNourish has occupied an 1889 heritage house on Quebec Street since 2010, and the building does half the work: high ceilings, tall windows, a garden out front and a room that hums rather than roars. The kitchen is vegetable forward without being preachy, which means bone broth served in a mug, gluten free pancakes people come back for, and seedy crackers under cashew cheese, most of it grown or sourced within an hour of the door. Service stops at 1:45pm and then the house exhales.
