Dinner inside the Butchart family's own house, conservatory glass onto the gardens, served only through high summer.
Benvenuto Avenue, inside The Butchart Gardens
More infoThe Dining Room sits inside the original Butchart residence, a conservatory-walled space that looks straight out into the gardens Jennie Butchart grew out of a worked-out limestone quarry. Dinner runs Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm and only through high summer, entrees from the mid thirties to the low sixties, with a wine list that leans hard on BC. Gardens admission is required to reach the table, which is either a catch or a very good excuse to walk the Sunken Garden first.
