MS K-BBQ, formerly called Makchang Dodook and also signed MyeongSung if you're keeping score, has found its calling card in makchang: grilled pork and beef intestine, the smoky, chewy Korean BBQ cut that devoted regulars treat as a litmus test for the person sitting across the table. You cook it yourself, right at the grill, inside a playful jail-themed dining room that is absolutely begging to be photographed by someone who can't believe this is their Tuesday night.
