Order one koobideh and one chicken joojeh to share so you taste both, and ask for tahdig on the side; the crispy saffron rice crust is the thing first-timers skip and regulars guard. It's closed Mondays and runs a touch pricey, so come hungry, end on cardamom tea, and don't rush the table, this is a sit-and-talk room, not a turn-and-burn one.
