Foodie Experiences
Fleetwood's roomy, generous Korean kitchen where the donkatsu arrives shatteringly crisp and ample parking is honestly part of the romance.
Yory is the comfortable end of Korean dining, a roomy Fleetwood spot where the portions are generous, the ingredients are a cut above what you'd expect, and no one is going to make you feel like you're eating wrong. The donkatsu is the headliner: pork cutlet pounded thin and fried to a golden crackle that you will hear before you see it. The deep-fried flounder comes out shatteringly crisp. The supporting cast of clam soup, kimchi fried rice and beef noodle is quietly excellent and makes over-ordering extremely easy. A solid 4.3, a spacious dining room, and ample parking mean the evening never starts with frustration, which is underrated in a date. Bring appetite, abandon the performance of having a small dinner, and enjoy a restaurant that simply feeds you well without asking anything difficult in return.
