Long Table was Vancouver's first micro-distillery when it opened in 2013, and the tasting room near the Granville bridge has the calm of a place that knows it's good. Order a flight of botanical West Coast gins, or hand the choice to the bartender, and graze the cheese board while the rain does its thing. They run cocktail-making classes too. Open Thursday to Sunday only, so plan a weekend.
