Dallas Road is Victoria's great outdoor living room, a wide flat path along the bluff with the open strait rolling away on one side. Walk it out to Clover Point, where the land juts into the sea and a breezy evening fills the sky with kites and the odd paraglider. Benches and driftwood logs are everywhere, and the sunset over-delivers to the point where leaving is hard. Bring a windbreaker. The strait has opinions.
