The class is small, six to eight people, and you leave with a dozen ganache-filled figs and more than a dozen truffles. It's $95, tax and fees included. Book two seats side by side and treat it as a three-hour dessert course you made yourselves. Save room, but not too much. For a quick bite beforehand, the Crystal Mall food court at Metrotown is a few minutes away and has something for every craving.
Book on Eventbrite ($95 each, all in; class size six to eight, so it can fill). Have a light bite at the Crystal Mall food court near Metrotown first, then arrive at Mon Paris on Beresford Street for the 6pm start. You'll leave around 9pm carrying dessert for the week.
