Korean date nights in Metro Vancouver
Grill houses, late fried chicken and a chef's sharing menu, from Robson Street to North Road.
Korean food is one of the easiest date dinners in Metro Vancouver because so much of it is built to share. At a tabletop grill the two of you cook together: Insadong on North Road in Coquitlam serves marbled LA galbi with ten or more banchan on every grill order, and Jin Soo Sung Chan in Surrey sells grill combos for two from $83.99.
Downtown, Jeon on Davie plans its menu around plates for the table, Sura on Robson runs lunch and dinner seven days, and Zabu Chicken is open until 1am daily. In Gastown, Zoomak runs a happy hour twice on weeknights. Several rooms close between lunch and dinner, so check hours before you set off.
