Dosa dates in Metro Vancouver
A crisp crepe you tear apart and share, from a 20-seat Kitsilano room to a Newton grill open until 1am.
A dosa is a good date order: one long, crisp crepe in the middle of the table, sambar and chutneys on the side, and nobody has to pretend they can finish it alone. Two of them sit on 120 Street where Surrey meets North Delta, including Krishna's Dosa Grill, open until 1am every day.
In Kitsilano, Veda is a 20-seat room that takes reservations, with dosas from $15 and filter coffee at $6. Davie Dosa Company, family-run since 2017, now cooks in Richmond and is closed Mondays. Panorama in Surrey serves juices and pop rather than drinks, so plan a nightcap elsewhere.
