Foodie Experiences
A mountain of fluffy snow-ice in Saanich built for two spoons, one disagreement about toppings and a lot of awkward photo attempts.
More infoBingsu was practically engineered for shared awkwardness, and Snowy Village's Shelbourne Street shop does the genuinely fluffy snow-ice version: a mountain of it heaped with fruit, red bean, condensed milk or injeolmi rice-cake in a bowl clearly built for two spoons. They also do taiyaki, fish-shaped waffles worth a detour. The good stuff sells out, so do dinner first and arrive with intent.
