Take the stairs down beneath the Rosewood Georgia and order off the flavour-legend menu, anything named for a writer or a musician is a safe bet. Aim for the live jazz set and give it a solid two hours; the velvet does half the work. Kitchen's done but the band isn't, and on Friday and Saturday it pours till 2am, perfect for a long, unhurried nightcap before you spill back onto Georgia.
