Time Out Market's Thanksgiving Menu Ends Oct. 12
Time Out Market Vancouver is marking Thanksgiving with a five-day menu running October 8 to 12, 2026, as more than a dozen of its twenty kitchens roll out Thanksgiving-themed specials inside the food hall at Oakridge Park.
A Turkey Dinner, Disassembled
Instead of one plate doing all the work, the holiday meal is spread across more than a dozen stalls. Beaucoup Bakery is doing a Turkey Focaccia built from cranberry focaccia, turkey, bacon and herb cheese, alongside an Apple Pie Croissant and a Mochi Pumpkin Pie that stuffs pumpkin custard and mochi into croissant pastry, which is either dessert innovation or proof that nobody can agree on a single pastry shape anymore.
DownLow Chicken contributes a Holiday Sando (fried chicken dusted with a roast-dinner spice blend, a stuffing patty, brussels sprout slaw and gravy mayo on a potato bun) plus a Turkey Drum Holiday Plate with confit turkey, gravy, mac and cheese and crispy brussels sprouts. Feenie's answers with a ground turkey burger topped with dried cranberries, gruyere and honey lime mayo, gravy on the side. The bars are pouring a Pumpkin Spice Latt-ini and a non-alcoholic Cransgiving, so even the designated driver gets a seasonal drink to hold while everyone else argues about stuffing placement.

The Thanksgiving menu is only available October 8 through 12, 2026. Time Out Market Vancouver occupies 51,000 square feet on the second floor of Oakridge Park, 650 W 41st Ave, a short walk from Oakridge-41st Avenue Station on the Canada Line. The market is open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with kitchens closing an hour before the market itself, so plan the turkey drum run accordingly.
