It's 19+ and general admission with limited seating, and adult tickets were $53.25 on Ticketmaster when we checked. The Commodore's sprung dance floor is the reason to see a loud band here instead of anywhere else: the room literally bounces. Granville Street is a lot on a Monday, so step off it for dinner. Sumu on Burrard does binchotan yakitori a few minutes away. After the encore, Uva on Seymour is the grown-up wine-and-cocktails stop, three blocks from the door.
Buy general admission on Ticketmaster ($53.25 when we checked; 19+, bring ID). Eat at Sumu on Burrard, a few minutes' walk away, then aim to arrive around 7pm. Seats are limited, so if standing all night isn't your thing, get there early. Uva on Seymour is three blocks away for a drink after.
