Every Friday through September 11, Shipbuilders' Square turns into the North Shore's easiest date: a free-entry night market of food trucks, live bands and a waterfront beer garden with the downtown skyline glittering across the inlet. The move is to arrive by SeaBus, which is a mini ferry date in itself, graze the trucks, and drift out to Burrard Dry Dock Pier as the sun drops behind the city. Free to enter, runs 3 to 10pm, and the crowd is all golden-hour good mood.
