Harvest Haus Returns to Vancouver's PNE Forum
Harvest Haus marks its tenth edition at Vancouver's PNE Forum on October 2 and 3, 2026, with a 19+ Oktoberfest celebration running from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. both nights. The address is 2901 East Hastings Street. Your lederhosen finally have somewhere to be other than the regrettable-purchases drawer.
Bratwurst, brass and the beer selection
The PNE's announcement lists imported German and local craft beers alongside cider, wine and spirits, plus giant pretzels, bratwurst and schnitzel in the food marketplace. Entertainment includes oompah bands, DJs, dancing and singalongs. Quiet contemplation appears to have booked a different venue.
The organizer promotes more than 25 European and craft beers, wines and spirits. However, its detailed beer list and food-hall guide are still marked as coming soon. Brand logos beneath a 'previously poured' heading are not a confirmed lineup for this edition. The broad offering is announced; the exact pour you are picturing may not be.
What $35 buys, and what a table adds
As checked on September 29, the current Harvest Haus page advertises general admission at $35 plus taxes, with a later $65 tier. It includes entry, a souvenir stein and live entertainment. Food and drink purchases are separate. The stein is yours to take home, should your cupboard be short of objects that require an explanation. An older linked FAQ still shows a $30 pre-sale; the current landing page advertises $35, so check the live booking total.
A reserved VIP table for six is advertised at $420 plus taxes, with a later $630 tier. The organizer lists a guaranteed table, premium seating and VIP bar access; the PNE also lists expedited entry and souvenir steins. These are advertised tiers, not guaranteed checkout prices. Use the current ticket page to confirm the available tier and final total. Higher tiers replace earlier allocations of the same ticket type when those allocations sell out.
The cashless system and entry requirements
The PNE describes a cashless event using digital tokens through Feaster Pay or its web portal, with detailed payment instructions sent to ticket holders. The official pages disagree about food-payment methods and token reload charges, so neither detail is confirmed here. Check the ticket-holder update and payment portal before buying tokens; a pretzel should not require forensic accounting.
The organizer requires two valid forms of ID for entry, and the event is strictly 19+. Tickets are linked from the PNE's event page, with phone purchases available at 604-252-3700. General admission and reserved-table options are sold for the individual Friday and Saturday sessions.

Pick this for a date that welcomes music and a communal atmosphere, rather than uninterrupted conversation. Arrange the trip home before the first drink. A souvenir stein is an excellent memento; an argument about the last bus is less display-worthy.
