Vancouver Croissant Crawl Ends October 4
The Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl runs until October 4, 2026, leaving Sunday as the final day to try its limited-edition pastries. The organizer currently lists 35 vendors, plus drink pairings and head-to-head Taste-Off Challenges. If you have been waiting for a compelling reason to schedule a second breakfast, the paperwork has arrived.
Pick your pastry rivalry
This is a self-guided crawl, so you choose the stops rather than joining a tour at a fixed departure time. The organizer's map and vendor links are the place to start. Prices, opening hours and ordering options belong to the individual bakeries; a festival date is not a promise that every counter stays open until midnight.
The banana matchup puts Cadeaux Bakery's Banana Turon Twice Baked Croissant against Broyé Café & Bakery's Tokyo Banana Choux-ssant Flower. Tea devotees can compare To Live For's Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea Cube Croissant with La Saison de Patisserie's Apple Oolong Mochi Croissant. The tea pairing lists pre-orders as available. This is a considerably better use of a comparison spreadsheet than choosing a new phone plan.
A passport with better baggage
Print the Croissant Passport at home; the organizer says most vendors have run out of printed copies. Collect at least four stamps to enter the passport draw. Extra stamps earn extra entries, and completing the passport adds five bonus entries. Pre-ordering, ordering a featured drink pairing or sharing with a friend can earn bonus stamps. Finally, an administrative process that openly rewards snacks.
Submit a selfie with the completed passport through the organizer's upload form or by email. There is also a separate Instagram photo contest. Entries close October 4 at 11:59 p.m.; eligibility is limited to BC residents aged 13 or older, with exclusions listed in the official rules. The prizes are $25 Croissant Cash gift cards, not a guarantee that your pastry habit has become financially self-sustaining.
Two forks, a small route
For a date, pick one matchup and check both vendors' ordering details before setting out. Share the pastries and compare notes. There is no requirement to conquer the whole map: this is a Sunday together, not an audition to become regional head of butter.
