Mandy's Kitsilano Is Open on West 4th Avenue

By Date Spark · Published

VITA reported on September 23, 2026 that Mandy's Gourmet Salads had opened its first West Coast location at 2202 West 4th Avenue in Kitsilano. The restaurant's own site now lists daily hours, putting a firm address behind the latest addition to your lunch options.

Salads, breakfast and the Date Me smoothie

The official menu includes the Wolfe, which combines greens, quinoa, avocado, toasted walnuts and shaved parmesan with tamari dressing. Then there is the Lumberjack: romaine, bacon, mozzarella, roasted turkey and roasted chicken, among other ingredients, with caesar dressing. Calling that a salad is technically correct in the same way that calling a moving van a vehicle is technically correct. You have omitted quite a lot of useful information.

Breakfast choices include a yogurt parfait with mixed berry compote and almond butter granola, plus The A.C.E., with chicken, avocado and hard-boiled egg. The smoothie list includes Date Me, made with banana, coffee, dates, cacao, almond milk, almond butter and hemp hearts. Finally, an opening line that arrives with an ingredient list. These are selections from Mandy's published menu; check the location's ordering page for current availability and prices.

West 4th hours and the next Vancouver location

Mandy's Kitsilano lists its hours as 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Sunday. The chain says its locations operate first come, first served and do not take reservations. You can retire the calendar invitation. You cannot reserve a table by thinking about it very confidently.

Coal Harbour is a separate opening still to come. Mandy's locations page lists 1067 West Cordova Street as opening in fall 2026, without a specific day. That is not the address to use for this visit: the confirmed operating location is on West 4th.

A low-key lunch date in Kitsilano

For a casual date, make this a lunch stop rather than an elaborate occasion. Choose your own bowls and leave the rest of the afternoon flexible. A first meeting already involves enough decisions without negotiating custody of every walnut.
